Smack dab in the center of downtown one will find the three out and about during the Dark Hour. The purpose? To exterminate shadows, of course, but the "parents" have a far greater purpose in mind.

"Hya! My dear husband, you have to leave a few for our beloved daughter to test her mettle!"

One strike and the creature was done when he heard the voice of his wife calling him out. It was true, they had other things in mind, but old habits die hard for someone as Li Shuwen.

"You are right. I suppose I quite forget about such things when I'm devoted to these battles."

Orihime stared wide-eyed at the spot where the Shadow had once stood, as she followed along behind her new Mother. She was quite curious about what exactly was going on, but at the same time, nervous about what exactly they expected from her.

"Ah... I can't fight though." She motioned to the sparkling light blue hair pins in her hair. "I haven't been able to use my powers since I came here..."

"I cannot either! Well, at least not very well. And certainly not as well as Darling can. But being firmly ensconced into the class of Caster, I too have been without powers since coming here, Child.

Caster points to a monster down the street.

"Now take your Persona and use it to attack the shadow! Darling, protect our dear daughter from those icky monsters, okay? ☆"

Li Shuwen laughed a bit, he was not one prone to rely on magic since old times, but it was kind of refreshing that both daughter and wife could work with that. Such scenario was not one he was used to, but he didn't have any objections.

"Hahaha. Worry not, no monster will get close to our daughter as long as I stand!"

[rejecting]

"Oh! So it's almost the same as back at home... A little."

Orihime is so proud of the fact that she managed to lure her power out that quickly. With her old powers it had taken so much time to figure it out. But attacking... Well, she isn't really sure what to do there.

"Ah.. Okay.. Um, attack!"

And that monster gets a nice cleave attack, since that's all that Shiki-Ouji has. The girl watches, amazed.
