Caliban Run

WHY: Saori was a weirdo and wanted to go to Caliban for her birthday.

[A few days ago, Saori sent out a mass text to everyone:

"I'm going to Caliban on the 15th. If anyone wants to come along, please come to the tea house at 11:30. I'll provide a small meal afterwards."]

[Saori was feeling rather restless when dealing with the shadows lately. Not to mention it had been some time since they did a run through that mysterious dungeon. Also, though she wasn't going to admit it, it was her birthday. She wasn't the sort to expect gifts and such. She was much more comfortable giving to others instead.]

[It's already 11:30pm and she just waits for people to arrive in the attic base.]

[And April's Persona is basically a humanoid rainbow.

She gives at nod at Margulis' explanation and readies her rifle.]

Yeah, your Persona will be able to help take down Shadows who are immune to physical attacks and such.

[But she calls Iris to take down more Shadows as she continues onwards.]

Something that couldn't have happened anyway given a proper situation.

*He himself directs Paschar to shoot off an Agi spell at another Shadow. Okay, the attack is fairly weak and not quite the same as throwing fireballs with his own hands, but it still feels good to be using elemental attacks again.*

And yet it took until now, hmm. [this of course is muttered, in keeping with his promise to Edgeworth.]

[And she's gonna pretend she didn't hear that, Gaignun. So she focuses on using Zionga on the Shadows as they start getting stronger the further they go in. It's getting a bit more difficult now.]

*He shoots a quick glare over but will also be otherwise ignoring it. Even with his Persona, he's still going to have to work to put Shadows down now.*

It looks like we're finally in a harder section. We'll see how this goes. [He's cautiously optimistic]

Between the three of us, it shouldn't be too challenging. [She hopes, anyway.]

[A Shadow suddenly gets peppered with blasts of force from the side, knocking it over. This is followed up by a small red and yellow blur leaping on it with a yell and finishing it off with a surprisingly large axe. The charging girl stands up and looks at the present group in surprise for a couple seconds before recovering.]

I knew there was a group already down here. Geez, I show up a few minutes late and everyone leaves without me...

No problem at all!

*Margulis was about to reply to April when-where did those attacks come from? Margulis recovers from his surprise well before Asuka however, and barely misses a beat as he cuts another Shadow in two.*

Well, we were in a hurry to leave, she would have been fine otherwise. Glad you could join us miss.

Yeah, we did kinda charge on ahead. But it's nice to have another strong fighter in the group.

[After a momentary self-congratulatory pose, Asuka starts paying attention. They were in pretty deep, and Shadows could pop up from anywhere.]

Haven't been in this far in a while...you guys run into anything interesting yet?

Nothing that seems out of the ordinary for this place.

Nothing. I hope something shows up soon however. Not that this isn't worth it on it's own but...

Man, I was hoping if we got deep enough we could ambush one of the big guys. Not that that idea turned out well last time someone suggested it.
