[Issei wasn't one for parties, normally, but he knew that he and everyone else needed a pick-me-up. Therefore, he'd picked up some food, thrown together a bit of decorations, turned on some light music, and declared it a party.

I've never learned to sew more than patches.

And I can only really sew things together, which I doubt is enough to make a costume.

Yeah, especially since our clothes sometimes get messed up during the Dark Hour. It would nice to know how to properly repair things, instead of just patching them up.

Then, this Halloween, we'll celebrate by picking up a new skill. And by dressing up and asking for candy.
