When midnight strikes and the dark hour falls, characters will notice things are not going as they have in the past few weeks. The streets, normally crawling with shadows, are empty. There’s a thick tension in the air and characters may feel a strange power pulling them towards the dungeon in the business ward.

Once there characters will find a large creature (the Hermit) in the entrance way. It is crawling on several legs, has a mask like face and gravity defying blue fur around the head. Several feet away from it, spaced out in a semi circle around it are smaller creatures (Noble Seekers). These creatures look like floating clay masks with eyes encircling them. Once the larger shadow sees the intruders, it will emit a loud cry and run outside.

Once there it will get atop a building and the smaller shadows will start to attack. These foes are attempting to force the characters in small groups and are attacking one at a time.

The small groups shouldn’t be of more than three characters. The objective is the defeat the smaller shadows, doing so will defeat the Hermit.

[ Garviel is pulled towards the dungeon, gladius and pistol at his waist, belted to him, expression bemused. ]

That's odd....

[Allen is being pulled along as well. His claws are already held in his hands.]

[Tatsuma is similarly drawn to the dungeon, looking... more or less blank. He knows something is off, but he's not entirely sure what, so he's letting his feet take him where they will for now. When he spots the others, he gives a nod of acknowledgment.]

Ah, gentlemen. It would appear there's something amiss in the business ward. I suggest we investigate, and network our vox-casters as we did last time. [ His heavy tread is determined, as he rolls up on the dungeon proper. ]

[ Looks like Ishtar spotted two familiar face and one not so familiar but she rushed off to greet the three of them anyway with a somewhat small smile on her face... She couldn't shrug off the strange feeling she was getting and slowly and gradually she was getting used to this sort of feeling. She actually had a decent sword tied around her belt loop. ]

Mamzel. [ The huge warrior nods to her politely. ]

I take it you noticed the disturbance as well?

[Noticing Ishtar, Tatsuma offers a smile and a wave. He also makes a mental note to keep an eye on her as they fight off the Shadows.]

[Allen nods to Ishtar, keeping in mind to watch out for her.]

Yeah something like that. I keep getting this really weird vibe from this place. It feels even worse now that I'm here.

[ She replied with a nod towards the stranger. ]

Hiyuu! Allen too!

[ She replied with a brief grin towards her two teammates. It was really nice of them to look after her. She'll eventually get the hang of this who fighting thing. ]
