Full Moon Log : Hermit

When midnight strikes and the dark hour falls, characters will notice things are not going as they have in the past few weeks. The streets, normally crawling with shadows, are empty. There’s a thick tension in the air and characters may feel a strange power pulling them towards the dungeon in the business ward.

Once there characters will find a large creature (the Hermit) in the entrance way. It is crawling on several legs, has a mask like face and gravity defying blue fur around the head. Several feet away from it, spaced out in a semi circle around it are smaller creatures (Noble Seekers). These creatures look like floating clay masks with eyes encircling them. Once the larger shadow sees the intruders, it will emit a loud cry and run outside.

Once there it will get atop a building and the smaller shadows will start to attack. These foes are attempting to force the characters in small groups and are attacking one at a time.

The small groups shouldn’t be of more than three characters. The objective is the defeat the smaller shadows, doing so will defeat the Hermit.

[Madoka is in the middle of following the sensation that was pulling her towards the dungeon. However... Something was bothering her. She looks around cautiously, musing her worries out loud.]

... Strange. I'm not sensing anything at all... I'm getting nervous...

[Syd... Syd has no clue what's going on, and she doesn't like this situation at all, but she doesn't like that Madoka's by herself. There's safety in numbers.]

Hey, are you okay?

[He notice Madoka, and got worried. Even with her power, she can't defend herself at the moment. Or so Atsuro thought.]

Madoka? You're not getting any reading?

[Madoka's Persona had sensed human presences, but she was still startled all the same. She gasps and turns to the source of the voice, but relaxes when she sees that it's just Atsuro and some other girl.]

Oh, um... yes, I'm all right. I've gotten used to this, somewhat...

[As for Atsuro's question, Madoka nods with a frown.]

It's very strange, Kihara-kun. I don't know if they're just too far away, but so far I haven't sensed anything of "them" wandering the streets...

[She doesn't want to just leave them, but they seem to know what they're doing and she doesn't want to slow them down. DILEMMA]

Wait. Pause. Hold on. Are you talking about... [What did that guy call them] Shadows?

[He looks over at the other girl and nodded.] Yeah, that's right. And it's strange that the Shadows aren't around on the streets.

Yes. It might have something to do with----Eh? Ah, hold on a moment, I think Pandora's starting to detect something...

[Madoka closes her eyes and concentrates, her focus causing her Persona to appear above her. However, she was not prepared for the reading that she sensed.]

Wh-What?! That can't be right...!

[skjdhfkjsh what is going onnnnn but Syd tries not to flip. Whatever the girl could be seeing means nothing to her right then, but her reaction tells Syd that it's Bad News.]

What are you seeing?

[Madoka regards the other two with a serious expression on her face.]

A large amount of Shadows are gathering at the dungeon! A-And I know this sounds crazy, but... In the center of that gathering... is a very big one! It's not like the usual ones we fight!
