[Tonight, when midnight of the full moon hits, a certain large Arcana will make it's presence known; the Magician Arcana will be appearing outside the police station, a small group of Shadows appearing around it. The small number of helper Shadows might seem to be a relief, except this is a new Shadow that nobody has ever seen before. Characters with Analysis will be able to discover that the Shadows in this group are a lot stronger than they appear:

Sleeping Table (Magician): It has no weaknesses, blocks light/darkness spells and strike, and resists slash, pierce and fire. It attacks by using fire and almighty spells, and inflicts fear.

Persona users will have to fight in groups and work together in order to take down these new Shadows and the Magician Arcana, as this fight can only be won once all the Shadows plus the Magician Arcana have been defeated. Luckily, Persona users will find they are no longer suffering from haywire powers but they have also lost the abilities.]

NOTES
» Groups can consist of three to six people.
» The group of Shadows consists of five Sleeping Tables. These must all be defeated along with the Magician Arcana, as defeating the Magician Arcana first will not cause them to vanish or retreat. Though with the Magician Arcana also attacking Persona users, this will be a challenging fight. Luckily, it doesn't have the same resists and blocks as the Sleeping Tables, but it also has no weaknesses.

*He tosses her one of his swords with a faint smirk of his own.*

It's not your preferred weapon, but I thought you might be a little disappointed if you weren't able to participate tonight.

[pellegri]

[She catches it easily, and turns it over in her hands, frowning a little.]

Yes, it's not an elegant weapon suited for a woman, but it will do. Thank you.

*It's well made, at least, and if she draws it she'll find some nicks in the blade that prove he's used it against a powerful opponent.*

Now, there's one more matter to consider. While I'd prefer it not become necessary, these enemies are likely to be more formidable than ordinary Shadows and my own healing capabilities are severely limited. Before we leave, we should at the very least contact someone with more powerful abilities in that area.

Somebody call for a healer?

[If the two looked at the hotel's main entrance, they could see Saori's head poking from the top of the doorway, smiling. She does come down from her spot, landing on her feet, and claps the dust from her hands.]

Really, Margulis? I'm a little hurt you didn't call me already.

[pellegri]

[She turns to the sound of the voice and simply raises an eyebrow before looking back to Margulis for the introduction of what must be his acquaintance...]

*He turns to look at Saori as well, then gives a short laugh.*

You'll have to excuse my tardiness, I had to make certain an old friend of mine didn't grow too impatient while deprived of a weapon.

Pellegri, this is Saori Nakagawa. She's quite possibly the most valuable ally to have in this wretched place and the one I had in mind as a healer.

[needsteaplz]

[She gives a polite bow.]

Nice to meet you, Pellegri. Really, Margulis, you give me too much credit. So, it's just going to be the three of us then or did you have someone else in mind to come along?

[pellegri]

I see.

[She gives Saori a simple nod, then partially turns away from the both of them. She halfway unsheathes the blade Margulis let her borrow, and takes a moment to look it over.]

It's just going to be us. We should have what we need now, so there's no point in wasting time trying to find more people I can both tolerate and trust at my side.

[needsteaplz]

[Saori blinks at Pellegri's reaction but turns her attention to Margulis.]

Alright, that makes sense. Plus it'll be easier to keep tabs on each other. I take it she's from your world like Jin and Gaignun?

[pellegri]

I am.

[She sheathes the weapon and turns back to them.]

[misplacedxsheath]

*Well, there goes his good mood. He scowls and crosses his arms.*

She was one of my colleagues as a student of swordsmanship and my second in command in our own universe.

[needsteaplz]

[She honestly didn't mean to hit awkward-ville and clears her throat.]

That's good, so we'll be in good hands then. All that's left is for her to gain her persona. We should get going. It's still over at the police station last time I checked.

[misplacedxsheath]

Very well, let's get this over with.

*And with that, he turns and heads out the door, trusting them to follow.*

[needsteaplz]

[She does follow after him, but instead she takes the higher route, going up on the rooftops to get a better view of things. Not to mention she figured it was probably better to keep her distance from both Margulis and Pellegri for now.]

[pellegri]

[On the bright side, an awkward situation quells distracting conversation, right? Pellegri follows Margulis quietly, listening for anything that might cause them problems.]

[misplacedxsheath]

*Of course, just because it's boss time doesn't mean there aren't lesser Shadows on the way. And since they're going the ground route, Margulis is going to take a moment to summon his Persona. Meaning Paschar appears in front of them, floating slightly above the ground.*

[pellegri]

[She eyes the angel, but says nothing. So that is what the creature looks like. She doesn't take too much time to inspect it though, rather she stays readied for combat.]

[needsteaplz]

Brigid! Maha Agionn!

[While she did plan on saving her magic for healing, the fastest way to clear a path was something a bit more far-reaching. The Celtic goddess held out the urn and fire shot out, aiming for the surrounding shadows.]

[misplacedxsheath]

*He glances up, a little bit of a smirk returning.*

Don't tell me you intend to handle all of these yourself, Nakagawa. Maha Zio!

*Paschar raises one hand and a web of lightning spreads out, hitting any Shadows that survived Saori's attack.*

[pellegri]

[.....]


[She's used to Margulis's attitude in battle, but that doesn't make this any less unpleasant for her.

When one small shadow strays from the rest and escapes the lightning, she cuts it down with ease and her borrowed weapon is quickly returned to its cover.]

[needsteaplz]

[She cracks a grin back.]

And let you have all the fun? C'mon, we only got an hour and there's still the big one left.

[misplacedxsheath]

Well then, we'll just have to hurry, won't we?

*He draws his sword, keeping it at the ready so he won't have to waste magic against small fry, and hurries through the now clear street.*

[pellegri]

[She'll hurry along after them, keeping quiet. She just wants to hurry and get to the actual fight.]
