[Ingrid's already at the specified location, the range near the police station, inspecting the guns she's laid out a bench. Along side them are goggles, and other protective gear. Girl's got her business face on.]

[Sanaki has dressed casually for once, rather than in layers of fancy clothing it's hard to get protective gear over. She arrives promptly, and immediately heads towards Ingrid.]

Good afternoon.

[Another young girl has also shown up, and is jacking your thread.]

Okay, if the ten year old gets a gun, I'm getting one too. No offense.

I mean, I already know how to shoot and everything.

That was part of the point, dear. These kids don't know how to fight and need to know how to protect themselves.

[She smiles.]

But of course I don't mind you coming by.

[Mumbled, a bit peevishly.] I could fight if there was only magic...

I guess those of us coming from worlds without magic are at an advantage, then.

Anyway, let me see one of those and I'll demonstrate.

[Ingrid handed over a pistol and some ear plugs to Asuka with a smirk.]

Well, young lady. Let's see what you can do.

[She handed another set of earplugs to Sanaki.]

It can be a bit loud, so I suggest putting those in. You don't want to damage your hearing at your age.

[Well, Kaiji has turned out, because maybe someday he should learn to use something other than a baseball bat and his Persona.]

Fancy seeing you here.

[genius_idiot]

[He smirked a little.] I said I wanted to learn, right? Nothing wrong with using my baseball bat, but I think I might need something that hits harder.

[sandma]

And you will. That baseball bat will get you killed and I don't want her to be upset.

[genius_idiot]

I ain't going to get killed. I still got my Persona to back me up. She's getting pretty strong. But I still want to be better at defending myself and others.

[Having caught the video message, and having already been taken with the idea of how to use a firearm, Zeal was there promptly. Although she's not completely sure what to expect.]

Ah. This is the place, then.

[She approaches Ingrid, smiling... mostly pleasantly. As pleasantly as she tends to be able to smile when facing someone so very serious.]

[Ingrid looks up with a slight smile, setting down the pistol she was inspecting.]

It's the best place to practice.

It was designed for it, yes? Am I not mistaken?

[She could possibly be. Shooting ranges aren't at all familiar to her. When she glances around, it's obvious by the expression on her face that this is all very novel to her.]

Should there be introductions first? Or shall we get started?

[sandma]

Yes, it was. Mostly for police training actually.

If you'd like to talk to the others, that's well enough for me. But we can just get on with it, if you'd prefer. I'm Ingrid, by the way.

Police. The force of law within this realm... ah. [There were still some pieces of information that needed to be fitted into place, when it came to her understanding of Prospero. This was one of them, apparently.]

[It doesn't take long for April to arrive, and she gives the older woman a small wave and a smile as she approaches.]

Hello dear. I'm glad to see you could make it. [Ingrid walks up to great her]

Hello! And of course, there's no way I would miss it. [She gives the older woman a grin.]

So, what would you like me to do?

[sandma]

I believe you could be of help to the older students who've come. They'd have an easier time with the heavier guns and the recoil.

[letsplaylady]

[Alice wanders up and heads immediately over to Ingrid when she spots her. She eyes the fire arms and blinks curiously.]

Are these all yours, miss Ingrid?

[sandma]

Only some are, most I've borrowed for the lesson. [Ingrid puts down the weapons and smiles at the girl.]

Hello, dear. Did you come for the lesson too?

[letsplaylady]

[Alice eyes the guns a little bit nervously but a little curiously too. Her first instinct is that they're dangerous, but--well, if Ingrid uses them they can't be too bad!]

Yup! Alice needs a weapon--John told Alice it's okay to use a staff to fight at first, but it's good to use other stuff, too.

Alice wants to try one of these...maybe.

[sandma]

You shouldn't worry about fighting too much, Alice. But it would be good for you to know how to protect yourself in case something bad happens.

[She bends down.] But you'll have to listen to me very carefully.

[Alice blinks and nods, watching Ingrid.]
