Dark Hour Log
[The clock has struck midnight and something in the air has changed. Time’s stopped, people have transformed into coffins, the coloring of the world seems all wrong. And worse, you might notice something moving in the corner of your eye. Something dark, shadow-like, and definitely foreboding.]
[Make your own threads, tag each other, etc.! This is for Monday Night, and when your characters will first be here experiencing this!]

[And the place he was in now...for lack of any better word, it looked like hell itself. The coffins, the distorted coloring...where had he been thrown to upon his death? Servants were meant to return to the Throne of Heroes, not whatever this was. But was he afraid? No. He was one of the Fianna, counted among Ireland's greatest warriors--it would take far more than a scenery change and some foreboding sensations to frighten him off.]
[For the moment, the gold-eyed Servant--no, former Servant--in dark green examined his surroundings cautiously. Even unarmed, a knight of the Fianna was no easy target, even for whatever might have been causing him to feel so apprehensive.]

Ainosuke put his hands on his knees and leaned forward, taking the chance to examine his surroundings again. Now the realization sank in that wherever this was, it wasn't home. It wasn't familiar. It didn't even look like Japan at all. Ainosuke had never been out of the country, so he didn't even know how to start associating these things with what he knew.
Standing back up straight, he felt his body shiver, hunching his shoulders a bit so that the bottom of his face touched his scarf. He had no idea where to even start looking for someone, something, a way out, anything...
The first thing that came to mind was to start calling for someone. Whoever he could. So he put his hands up to his mouth, cupping them slightly, and then yelled.]
Sensei! ... Sensei!!

Rolling over, Ainosuke put his hands on the ground and then pushed himself up, starting to look around. He was definitely outside, having been laying on the sidewalk next to a building. But... how had he gotten there? He stood still for a moment, taking in his surroundings, which had temporarily distracted him from anything else he might have been thinking about. This place didn't look right. It felt wrong. ... it scared him, as much as he didn't want to admit something like that to himself. What kind of dream was this?
He shuffled out of the small side street, pausing in his steps once he reached what looked to be a main road.
... were those...? What were those?
Ainosuke stared at a coffin a few feet away from himself. There was another, further down the sidewalk. A few more on the other side of the street, all of them... standing. Pressing his lips together, Ainosuke took a few steps back, turning and running off in the opposite direction. He didn't want to look. If this was his dream, he didn't want to know who could be inside of those coffins. Not after the last dream he'd had where his older brother had killed the people most important to him.
Once he'd started running, Ainosuke didn't stop, but the scenery didn't change. There were still coffins with the odd colored moon above them, the air heavy with a sense that something was wrong.
This can't be real. It can't be. I've got to wake up...

He was trying a locked door when he heard the pounding of feet on the pavement. Momiji ran down the stairs of the building he was at, hoping to catch whoever was coming.

Her jaw clenched as well as her grip on the bow. The strange shadows she could only barely glimpse were beginning to put her on edge.
Something had just happened. Homura wasn't about to take it lying down.
She exited the room she had been deposited in. Was there anyone else here?]

Coffins lined the streets, like some sort of sick parade of death. The world was off-colored, wrong. His connection was broken. That part scared him the most.
He couldn't feel his connection the other Sohma's, to the rabbit. It was strange, almost painful and trying to deal with it while faced with this landscape made him want to scream. Instead he started walking, looking for the people he'd just been with. If the younger ones were here, they'd be terrified. Especially little Kisa. And he needed to find Haru before the boy got hopelessly lost. He needed to ask them if they felt the loss too.
"Guys? Where are you?"
no subject
There were no signs of The Order, nor the Noah clan. Just... coffins surrounding the entire area.
He contemplated, however. Just how safe was it to explore this unknown area? He was never cautious about this sort of thing, but he had no weapon on him. Besides, he didn't want to cause any damage to this body. After all, it still wasn't entirely his.
Staying here wouldn't do him any good, none the less.
He finally stands. Surveying the streets for any sign of danger before advancing on.
Just... Where was he?]

[Princess in distress? SOMEBODY SEND FOR A KNIGHT.][Oddly enough, the first living person she would come across would be an individual in armor wondering just how he was still living at all, among other things. Lancer couldn't in all good conscience leave a young woman alone in a strange environment like this--he approached carefully, hoping the sight of someone equally as lost wouldn't startle her.]
Are you alright?
[Her attire and weapon was strange for a human--another Servant? There surely hadn't been anyone like her in Fuyuki, as far as Lancer had known. Things were likely far less simple than that.]

So she starts to make her way down the eerie streets but stops when something abnormal catches her eye. A coffin-- a coffin in the middle of the street...and there are more. Every which way she turns her head, a coffin can be seen. This has to be some sort of dream. Right, that's exactly what this is]

He wasn't expecting to actually find someone. He spots the other a few yards ahead of him, slowing his pace and working to catch his breath. Getting too close to someone in a place like this didn't seem like a good idea.]

Seriously? I find something interesting and can't even open it? What's the point?
[She hears Bakura and turns. There's a meniacal smile on her face. Uh-oh.]
Hey you! Give me a hand with this, will ya?
Hope this is okay.
[And Mugen didn't want to seem to work properly, no matter what he did. It left him completely on edge, and confused and suspicious as all hell. He couldn't even find anybody he knew!]

But... with the world looking as it is, he would not be terribly surprised to see a demon about. And at his current strength, taking on such a creature... well, it wouldn't be a pretty sight, that's for sure.
For now he'll just continue to investigate in hopes of finding a clue as to his whereabouts and what exactly is going on.]

there's an ominous feeling that something is very wrong with the atmosphere, so as he walks through the streets, he keeps his guard up. it's almost as if there's something out there, lurking in the shadows. when there's movement out of the corner of his eye, akihiko's attention snaps to it, readying his stance for any possible fight coming his way, and smirks to himself a bit; regardless of why and how he came to be here, maybe all his practice and training will come in handy for once.]

She was covered in nothing more than a simple cloak over a dress that was hardly fit for fighting. She shivered briefly noticing how ominous the area appeared to her. There were coffins laying about and the sky was a murky colour. She seriously didn't like this as she started to stand up. Sidia remained quiet next to her not reflecting its usual magical energy. It seemed that she couldn't use it to protect herself. ]

Kaito never be a human. He's originally a living robot without a heart. He tried to forget everything, but it seemed real. Kaito walked around the street, passed several of coffin and called out his creator.]
